What is the timeline of events?
Ceremony will start promptly at 4:30; please be seated by 4:15. After the ceremony, we’ll host a cocktail hour with appetizers and drinks while family photos are taken. Dinner, cake cutting, and dancing will follow.
What types of drinks will be available?
We’ll provide water and a selection of soft drinks. An open beer and wine bar will begin at cocktail hour and continue into dinner and the reception; please note the open bar is available for up to four hours total and will switch to a cash bar after that time.
What will be served for dinner?
Dinner will be served by Churrascos after cocktail hour and will include Argentine steak and garlic shrimp with Caesar salad, dinner rolls, and plantain chips with chimichurri. During cocktail hour we’ll have mini chicken empanadas and Cuban sandwiches.
What kind of cake will be served?
We will serve a traditional white wedding cake with raspberry filling and buttercream icing.
Where should guests park and where can rideshares be dropped off?
There is enough on-site parking at the venue to accommodate all guests. Ubers can drop off at the venue entrance; if you need accessibility parking or assistance, contact us ahead of time and we’ll help coordinate.
Attire Guidance: What should I wear?
We’ve added a page with a short description and a Pinterest board of outfit inspiration for men and women—feel free to browse. These are suggestions only; please come comfortable and warm.
The ceremony will ideally be outdoors if the weather allows. The venue can open the barn’s windowed side during dinner and the reception, and we plan to keep it open unless it’s extremely cold or very windy. Houston evenings can be unpredictable, so we recommend bringing a light layer or shawl.
